The activities of MSE are organized around three business areas:
• Management of Sports & Leisure assets under the Madaëf Golfs brands, a national leader in golf club management, Wifaq, and Aquamania.
• Events: focused on sports and cultural events, under the MSE brand.
• Consulting, training & services: related to its areas of expertise.
Madaëf Sports & Events manages 11 assets in its portfolio, spread across 8 destinations throughout the Kingdom: Rabat, Casablanca, El Jadida, Marrakech, Fès, Saïdia, Al Hoceima, and Taghazout Bay.
 

Job :

• Developing sales revenue through commercial actions;
• Preparing point-of-sale displays for all commercial offers;
• Establishing an action plan for various events and commercial activities;
• Organizing events;
• Creating and organizing events;
• Participating in defining the sales policy;
• Managing the sales budget;
• Building customer loyalty and maintaining good relationships;
• Being attentive to market changes and competitor offers to continuously adapt commercial offers;
• Carrying out monthly reports related to commercial activity;
• Participating in negotiations for certain strategic accounts in different zones;
• Establishing offers for groups.

Required profile :

Education: Master's degree in Business School / Management
Experience: Minimum 5 years
