Job :

The Internal Communication & CSR Manager's mission is to define, manage, and implement the internal communication strategy and the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy, in order to strengthen employee engagement, promote company culture, and contribute to the organization's sustainable development.


1. Internal Communication

Develop and deploy the internal communication strategy in line with the company's directions.

Ensure the dissemination of strategic, organizational, and operational information to employees.

Create and write internal communication materials: memos, newsletters, articles, posters, videos, presentations, etc.

Manage internal communication channels (Intranet, dynamic screens, internal social networks, emails, etc.).

Support transformation and change management projects with adapted communication plans.

Organize and coordinate internal events: conventions, seminars, team buildings, celebrations, recognition actions, etc.

Ensure message consistency and respect for the company's identity and values.

Measure the effectiveness of internal communication actions and propose improvements.

 

2. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Participate in defining and deploying the company's CSR strategy.

Design, coordinate, and monitor projects related to social, societal, and environmental issues.

Raise employee awareness of CSR commitments and good practices.

Manage the company's solidarity, civic, and environmental actions.

Monitor CSR indicators and produce associated reports.

Participate in the preparation of CSR reports and assessments.

Develop and maintain relationships with institutional partners, associations, and external organizations.

Stay informed about regulatory developments and best practices in CSR.

 

3. Employer Brand and Employee Engagement
Contribute to strengthening the employer brand by highlighting internal initiatives and employee achievements.

Participate in actions aimed at improving the employee experience and sense of belonging.

Support HR projects requiring specific internal communication.

Showcase the company's social and societal commitments to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile :

Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communication, corporate communication, or CSR.
Experience in a multi-site or industrial environment is a plus.

Technical Skills
Excellent writing skills in French and Arabic.
Proficiency in digital communication and office tools.
Project and event management.
Knowledge of CSR frameworks and issues.
Proficiency in graphic design and presentation tools.
