Job :

As the Accounts Payable Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Supervise and ensure the reliability of the entire supplier cycle (local and foreign).
• Control and validate invoice accounting (compliance, allocation, cost accounting).
• Monitor supplier payments and schedules.
• Ensure proper application of internal procedures and compliance with closing deadlines.
• Participate in monthly and annual closings (reconciliation, matching, bank reconciliations).
• Analyze supplier accounts (local, foreign).
• Manage, lead, and support the accounts payable team.
• Participate in internal and external audits and suggest process improvements.
 

Required profile :

Required Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of general accounting and accounts payable.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting ERP systems.
• Good management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Rigor, autonomy, and sense of priorities.

Profile sought:
• Master's degree (Bac +5) in accounting, management, or equivalent.
• Proven experience (7 years or more) in a similar role, ideally in the industrial or automotive sector.
