Join us as an Activity Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic projects and actively contribute to our growth.

Your missions will include supervising and coordinating operations related to the production, logistics, and distribution of products. You will also collaborate closely with various departments to ensure product quality, comply with food safety standards, and meet market demands. This also involves:

• Coordinating all activities from development to the effective launch of the project; representing the Supply Chain department from exploration to post-launch of projects.

• Establishing a schedule of key milestones and anticipating delays impacting launch dates.

• Ensuring projects are regularly updated and shared for various SRM, IM, and demand meetings.

• Ensuring all activities are carried out on time to meet project schedules.

• Launching and managing complexity reduction projects, aiming for greater simplification.

• Before each project launch, ensuring the project makes sense in an end-to-end logic.

• Managing cost-saving projects with an end-to-end approach, bringing its Supply expertise and considering CSR and financial gains.

• Monitoring projects to minimize waste of raw materials/finished products during transitions.

• Implementing an innovation launch reporting system that includes post-launch performance evaluation.

• Ensuring schedule tracking for each new activity with stakeholders, defining responsibilities for each step, and guaranteeing time to market.

• Identifying risks and opportunities with the project team (proposing improvements in governance, resource allocation, project mapping, and complexity).

• Participating in the facilitation of various strategic and operational governance processes (codevelopment, steering committees, project meetings, etc.).

• Participating in synchronizing projects managed by the central team with the local team.

• Monitoring the PAMELAS action plan and validation to meet planned launch dates.

• Validating and challenging activity deadlines with stakeholders to accelerate the delivery of innovations.

• Assisting in managing the synchronization of pack changes related to projects (activities, regulatory changes) and managing relationships with the graphic chain and pack suppliers.

• Ensuring close collaboration with the Global VQR platform Activity Manager.

Required profile :

Your academic background has led you to a degree of Master's level (Bac +5) or higher, ideally in Purchasing or Supply Chain.

Proven experience of over 5 years in similar roles, ideally in the agri-food sector, is required. This background has allowed you to develop solid expertise in activity management and flow optimization.

This position is for someone with excellent skills in project management, management, and analysis. Your negotiation skills and mastery of supply chain management tools will be major assets. Strong interpersonal skills and a high capacity for adaptation are also essential for success in this stimulating environment. Fluency in French is mandatory.
