Job :

We are looking for a Senior Business Manager for Industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in the following fields: Electrical, electronics, electrotechnics, or automation, with proven expertise in managing electrical installation projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Complete project management, from design to commissioning, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring regular follow-up and identifying new business opportunities.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Analyze client needs and propose suitable solutions, in collaboration with technical and sales teams.
• Monitor competition and market trends to maintain the company's competitiveness.

Required profile :

• Engineering degree from a top school, preferably with a specialization in Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with solid project management experience.
• Advanced technical project management skills, with the ability to develop new business opportunities and retain existing clients.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and motivate employees.
• Results-oriented, with a strong customer focus and a developed sense of customer satisfaction.
