Directly reporting to the General Management, and in line with the company's general policy and procedures, you will be responsible for:
- Developing the presence, turnover, and profitability of our products
- Leading strategic commercial negotiations and ensuring the proper implementation of decisions
- Managing and optimizing our product ranges and promotional plans
- Recommending offers tailored to the network's needs (product range, merchandising, promotion, visibility, etc.)
- Becoming an expert and reference point (with our clients, suppliers, and internal departments) for the network
- Understanding and centralizing all requests from Category Managers and ensuring their operational follow-up
- Producing regular reports for the General Management
Required Skills:
Personal: With a commercial background, you have at least 5 years of experience in the Mass Retail sector.
You are results-oriented, independent, proactive, and have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Languages: Arabic: Fluent - French: Fluent - English: Solid basics
IT: Proficiency in office software (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Other: Driving license MANDATORY
Additional Information:
The role is 30% focused on thinking and strategy, and 70% in the field: support, control, and execution
Travel throughout Morocco
