Communication and Social Media Manager - Rabat

Arts et Métiers campus of Rabat, which is the result of a partnership led by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Arts et Métiers in France, has the status of a public higher education institution, managed by a Foundation with private status. The institution is organized according to the higher education, research, and entrepreneurship model of the 8 French Arts et Métiers campuses, in compliance with French regulations to allow the delivery of Arts et Métiers diplomas, and in compliance with Moroccan regulations to allow the delivery of Moroccan national diplomas.

Arts et Métiers campus of Rabat aims to become a driving force and a link for North-South and South-South cooperation in the fields of higher education, research, and technology transfer. Arts et Métiers campus of Rabat will be built around an Evolutive Learning Factory (ELF), a set of technological platforms showcasing the new technologies of Industry 4.0, which will support the three pillars of the campus's activities: Training, Research, and Entrepreneurship. Engineering and Bachelor's degree programs started in September 2023. Eventually, the annual number of students in training will be around 1000.

Job :

Reporting to the Management, you will be responsible for strengthening the institution's reputation, especially on the web, managing the school's institutional website and its presence on social media, as well as organizing promotional tours for the school in regions and in CPGE and other institutions, and its presence at student forums throughout the year.

Missions

Propose and implement internal and/or external communication actions adapted to different audiences, in line with the institution's overall strategy and its communication plan.

Main Activities

• Participate in developing the institution's reputation on the web and via appropriate media and social networks
• Promote the school's image and identity in line with the overall marketing and communication strategy
• Manage the website in French and English, provide content and editorial communication in coordination with other departments
• Create visual communications
• Work on natural referencing, SEO..
• Manage social networks: design, write, and post appropriate content and coordinate the digital communication strategy
• Organize general management events (live tweets, assistance with organization...)
• Analyze results with performance reports (KPI) of the website and social networks (Google Analytics, beta tester feedback, user experience feedback)
• Maintain the school's iconographic database and video projects
• Ensure internal and external communication

Required profile :

Required Skills

• Good interpersonal and writing skills, good spelling.
• Mastery and practice of the web and social networks
• Experience with a CMS for updating the school's website
• Mastery of DTP tools, e-mailing, and referencing principles.
• Creativity, curiosity, responsiveness, organization, and autonomy.
• Knowledge of how the education sector works

Profile

• Education Level: Master's degree (Bac +5)
• Field of study: Communication and Digital/Web Communication
