Job :

To strengthen our Maintenance Department at our wire rod mill, we are recruiting an Automation Maintenance Manager. This strategic position aims to ensure the efficiency and reliability of automation equipment, while guaranteeing production continuity in a safe and optimized environment. The candidate will be responsible for supervising automation maintenance activities, optimizing human and material resources, and proposing improvement projects for overall performance.

Required profile :

- Master's degree (Bac +5) in automation with a minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably in heavy industry.
- Proficiency in programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial regulation, and variable speed drives.
- Solid knowledge of electrical engineering and heavy industry equipment.
- Expertise in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), particularly Coswin.
- Knowledge of integrated management system standards (ISO 9001/45001/14001).
- Team spirit, analytical skills, and safety awareness.
- Excellent communication skills, rigor, and method.
