Job :

We are recruiting for our client, a Japanese restaurant in Casablanca, a Room Manager.

Main tasks:

• Supervise all room operations.
• Manage, train, and coordinate the service team.
• Ensure a quality customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with the restaurant's service standards.
• Manage reservations and customer complaints.
• Monitor the performance goals of the room.

Required profile :

• Significant experience in room management in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent management skills.
