Position:

Are you looking for a stimulating role where leadership, decision-making, and team management are key? This Site Manager position within an automotive sector company, based in Beni Mellal, is for you! You will join a dynamic team and actively contribute to the success of our projects in a demanding but rewarding environment.

Your main objectives will be to ensure the smooth running of the site, customer satisfaction, and process optimization. You will need to supervise teams, manage daily operations, control costs, and comply with safety standards. Your role will be crucial in the constant pursuit of performance improvement, in developing turnover, and in strengthening the company's reputation. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring site activities, while ensuring effective communication with headquarters and partners.

Team management: supervise, motivate, and train on-site teams.
Daily operations management: plan, organize, and control all operations.
Quality control: ensure compliance with quality standards and norms.
Budget management: monitor and optimize costs.

You will also be responsible for solving technical and organizational problems, and for proposing innovative solutions to improve site performance.

To succeed in this role, a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) is required, ideally with a specialization in Sales Administration / After-Sales Service, Sales / Commercial / Export, or an equivalent field that demonstrates your ability to manage the various aspects of an industrial activity. Additional management training would be a considerable asset. The company values solid training combining theory and practical experience.

Professional experience of 5 to 20 years in a similar role within the automotive sector is desired. This experience should demonstrate your ability to lead a team, manage complex projects, and achieve ambitious goals. Proven skills in team management, project management, problem-solving, and communication are essential. We place great importance on your concrete experience and your previous professional achievements.
