Position:

Are you looking for a challenging role where leadership, decision-making, and team management are key? This Site Manager position within a company in the automotive sector, based in Beni Mellal, is for you! You will join a dynamic team and actively contribute to the success of our projects in a demanding but rewarding environment.

Your main objectives will be to ensure the smooth operation of the site, customer satisfaction, and process optimization. You will need to lead teams, manage daily operations, control costs, and adhere to safety standards. Your role will be crucial in the constant pursuit of performance improvement, business growth, and strengthening the company's reputation. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring site activities, while ensuring effective communication with headquarters and partners.

To succeed in this role, a degree level of Bac +4 (equivalent to a Bachelor's or Master's degree) is required, ideally with a specialization in Sales Administration / After-Sales Service, Commercial / Sales / Export, or an equivalent field that demonstrates your ability to manage various aspects of an industrial activity. Additional training in management would be a considerable asset. The company values solid training that combines theory and practical experience.

Professional experience of 5 to 20 years in a similar position within the automotive sector is desired. This experience should demonstrate your ability to lead a team, manage complex projects, and achieve ambitious goals. Proven skills in team management, project management, problem-solving, and communication are essential. We place great importance on your concrete experience and your previous professional achievements.
