Join a recognized company in the metalworking / steel industry as a Site Manager. Based in Beni Mellal, you will be an essential pillar of our organization, overseeing all operations of one of our strategic sites. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your leadership and expertise to ensure operational excellence and the development of our business.

Your main mission will be to ensure the global and efficient management of the site. This will involve managing teams, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, while working towards achieving the economic and strategic objectives set by the company.

Your days will be structured by a variety of key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all operational activities of the site.
• Lead and manage the existing teams, fostering a stimulating and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure the quality of products and services, as well as compliance with delivery deadlines.
• Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict application of safety and environmental protection rules.
• Manage administrative and financial aspects related to the site's activity.
• Represent the company to local partners and clients.
• Participate in defining and implementing the site's development strategy.

Required profile :

To be considered for this stimulating position, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally supplemented by training in Sales Administration or After-Sales Service (SAV).

The company is looking for a personality who has acquired significant experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles, ideally within the metalworking or steel industry. Proven experience in team management and site management is a major asset.
