A large company is hiring an Area Manager.
Job :
As an Area Manager, your main tasks are:
- Manage and lead a team of managers;
- Ensure internal control in compliance with current procedures;
- Provide regular reporting to company management;
- Manage the stations;
- Monitor the differences between planned objectives and achieved objectives and propose corrective actions;
- Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmarking;
- Look for new partners;
- Establish prospecting plans for new clients and visit clients to build loyalty and identify needs.
Required profile :
- With a degree of Bachelor's +4 or higher, you have 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the oil sector;
- Your strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and foresight make you a particularly effective salesperson;
- You have the ability to argue and convince;
- Punctuality, perseverance, and a desire to take on the challenge;

Travel throughout Morocco is to be expected.
