We are hiring a Sales Team Leader – Multilingual Profile (French or English + ES, IT, or Dutch).

As part of the development of a dynamic activity for an international client, we are looking for a Sales Team Leader capable of driving performance and guiding sales teams towards excellence.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supervise, motivate, and develop the skills of a team of sales representatives
  • Monitor and analyze performance (KPIs, sales targets, quality)
  • Implement action plans to optimize results
  • Provide regular reports to management
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience and adherence to processes

Required profile :

Profile sought:

Proven experience in team management in a Sales / Contact Center environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong results orientation and analytical mindset

Language skills (key criterion):

- Fluency in French or English (minimum bilingual)
- A second language is mandatory among the following:

  • Spanish
  • Italian
  • Dutch
