The PUBLIC SERVICES DEVELOPMENT COMPANY S.A. is a Local Development company, whose missions include participating in the management and development of public distribution services, through, in particular, the following services:

  • Support in the financial and financial engineering field, and in the mobilization and management of financing;
  • Monitoring and evaluation of management and performance indicators related to Public Services;
  • Management of financing debts related to distribution activities;
  • Harmonization of common rules and processes concerning the management of Public Services.

Our company supports actors in the electricity, drinking water, and liquid sanitation distribution sector, particularly the newly established GCTs (Territorial Collectivities Groupings) and SRM (Regional Multiservice Companies).


Job :

We are looking for a profile for "Head of Administrative and Financial Aspects" for our entity in Beni Mellal with confirmed experience of at least 5 years in any specialty related to financial and commercial management, management control/purchasing, or audit.

Main missions:

• Ensure monitoring of financial and commercial performance indicators;
• Analyze data provided by the SRM;
• Analyze financial statements and monitor SRM budgets;
• Participate in field control missions and audits;
• Participate in the development, review, and analysis of internal and external needs;
• Verify the conformity of activities with the provisions of the management contract and applicable standards;
• Identify malfunctions and discrepancies noted;
• Prepare analysis reports, summary notes, and recommendations;
• Propose corrective actions and contribute to continuous service improvement.


Required profile :

Required education and skills:

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) (ENCG, ISCAE or equivalent).
  • Experience in an institutional or control environment is desired.
  • Experience in the drinking water, electricity, and liquid sanitation distribution sector is appreciated.
  • Good command of project management techniques.
