Job :

1. Infrastructure and Building Management
Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the company's buildings, facilities, and equipment.
Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
Oversee development, renovation, and improvement work on sites.
Ensure that facilities comply with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
Ensure follow-up of mandatory regulatory checks.


2. General Services Management
Supervise services related to security, guarding, cleaning, reception, green spaces, and catering.
Guarantee the quality of services provided to employees.
Establish and monitor maintenance and external service contracts.
Manage service requests from different departments.


3. Supplier and Procurement Management
Identify, select, and evaluate suppliers and service providers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing conditions, and service levels.
Check invoices and ensure budget tracking for expenses.
Participate in tenders and supplier consultations.


4. Equipment and Resource Management
Manage furniture, office equipment, and supplies.
Ensure the optimal use of material resources.
Organize moving, rearranging, and installing new spaces.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of managed equipment and assets.


5. Safety and Prevention
Ensure compliance with safety rules for people and property.
Participate in the implementation of prevention plans and emergency procedures.
Coordinate evacuation drills and awareness campaigns.
Monitor incidents related to infrastructure and general services.


6. Budget Management and Reporting
Develop and monitor the general services budget.
Optimize operating costs while maintaining service quality.
Produce performance indicators and activity reports.
Propose continuous improvement plans.


Required profile :

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Logistics, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, or equivalent.


Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in general services, facility management, or general services management.
Experience in an industrial or multi-site environment is a plus.


Technical Skills
Infrastructure and maintenance management.
Budget management and cost tracking.
Supplier and contract management.
Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance standards.
Proficiency in office and reporting tools.


Personal Qualities
Organizational and planning skills.
Responsiveness and ability to manage emergencies.
Service-oriented and internal customer focus.
Negotiation skills.
Leadership and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
