Job :

As part of our business development, we are recruiting an Operations Manager for our Marrakech agency.

Reporting to the Commercial Development Department of PREVAS, this role is responsible for the operational management of the agency, ensuring the quality of customer service, and contributing to portfolio growth through prospecting and acquiring new clients.

Your tasks:

- Supervise the daily operations of the agency.
- Ensure the compliance of files and procedures with current regulations in the insurance sector.
- Lead, support, and develop the skills of the operational team.
- Organize, plan, and assign activities within the team.
- Optimize internal processes (subscriptions, claims, complaints, and customer follow-up).
- Guarantee responsive, high-quality, and satisfaction-oriented customer service.
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with partner insurance companies.
- Conduct prospecting activities to grow the agency's client portfolio.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to achieving development goals.
- Monitor operational performance indicators (quality, deadlines, customer satisfaction, and productivity).
- Prepare regular reports for the Commercial Development Department.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Insurance, Management, Finance, or equivalent.
- Significant experience of at least 5 years in the insurance sector, ideally within a brokerage agency or in an operational role.
- Excellent knowledge of insurance products (Car, Health, Multirisk, Civil Liability, Life, etc.).
- Mastery of the workings of a brokerage agency, subscription processes, and claims management.
- Good knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to the insurance sector.
- Proficiency in business management tools (DIAM) and office software (Pack Office).
- Leadership, ability to manage, support, and unite a team.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and priority management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and a commercial mindset.
- Analytical thinking, ability to make quick decisions, and resolve operational issues.
- Autonomy, initiative, and results-oriented.
