Rabat International University Hospital (HUIR) is looking for a qualified and motivated Hospital City Doctors Relations Manager (M/F) to join our team.
You will be responsible for creating and developing a network of privileged "City Correspondents" to improve communication and coordination between UIR hospital and liberal health professionals in the region.
You will ensure the link between UIR hospital and city doctors through regular visits to their practices and the development of suitable communication tools.
Among the main responsibilities:
1. Hospital-City Relations Development:
Create and maintain a network of city doctor correspondents
Make regular visits to private practices
Strengthen collaboration and communication between UIR hospital and city health professionals
Be the preferred contact person for city doctors for any request or communication difficulty with UIR hospital
2. Promotion and Deployment of Communication Tools:
Present and test the communication tools set up for city doctors: professional application, dedicated space on the website, secure messaging, conferences, breakfasts, etc.
Propose and assist with downloading and using the tools developed by UIR hospital
Participate in the continuous improvement of digital tools for health professionals
Monitor the updating and development of the professional application
3. Coordination and Animation of Collaborative Actions:
Create and lead a Hospital-City working group
Energize joint actions between hospital teams and private practitioners
Propose new tools and actions to improve the communication and coordination pathway
Encourage the involvement of UIR hospital doctors in the partnership approach with city medicine
4. Management of Communication Materials:
Ensure the monitoring, creation, and updating of the section dedicated to health professionals on the UIR hospital website
Produce a monthly newsletter for city doctors
Participate in the dissemination of medical and institutional information
Ensure the quality and consistency of communication materials
5. Activity Monitoring and Reporting:
Ensure monitoring of actions carried out with health professionals.
Identify the needs and expectations of city doctors.
Produce activity reports and propose areas for improvement.
Relay field information to management and relevant departments.
Required profile :
Education:
Master's degree (Bac +5)
Experience:
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in similar roles, ideally in the healthcare sector
Required professional qualities:
Mastery of communication and professional relationship techniques
Knowledge of the hospital environment and the healthcare sector
Ability to develop and manage a professional network
Management and monitoring of communication projects
Excellent interpersonal skills and contact ability
