The Network Sales Manager is responsible for managing the brand's network of dealerships in order to:
Your Role:
Education
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
A specialization in the automotive sector is a plus.
Experience
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a sales role, network management, network development, or dealership management.
Experience in the automotive sector or in a distribution environment is highly desirable.
Experience in managing commercial performance and supporting sales teams.
Technical Skills
Good command of sales and negotiation techniques.
Knowledge of commercial performance indicators (KPIs) and activity management methods.
Mastery of brand standards and distribution processes.
Ability to develop, deploy, and monitor action plans.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to analyze commercial performance and provide relevant recommendations.
Fluent in French (spoken and written); English is an advantage.
