Job :

The Network Sales Manager is responsible for managing the brand's network of dealerships in order to:

  • Exceed the brand's sales targets in Morocco
  • Bring all national sales sites (outside Casablanca) up to the brand's standards

Your Role:

 

  • Manage and support the brand's dealership network to ensure their performance and development.
  • Evaluate and formalize the level of deployment and compliance with brand standards within the network.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor action plans aimed at:
  • Support dealerships in achieving and exceeding their commercial objectives;
  • Ensure the respect and application of brand standards.
  • Advise and guide dealerships in implementing local marketing actions consistent with the brand's strategy.
  • Manage, support, and develop the skills of the network's sales advisors.
  • Ensure that sales teams have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the brand's history, values, and positioning.
  • Ensure mastery of sales pitches, product comparisons with competitors, and their effective use with customers.
  • Continuously monitor compliance with brand standards in terms of organization, training, vehicle presentation, customer experience, and CRM usage.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding the brand's sales targets for all dealerships.
  • Support the upgrade of showrooms and sales teams to ensure they comply with brand standards and requirements.
  • Provide regular reporting on network performance and propose continuous improvement actions.

Required profile :

Education
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.

A specialization in the automotive sector is a plus.

Experience
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a sales role, network management, network development, or dealership management.

Experience in the automotive sector or in a distribution environment is highly desirable.

Experience in managing commercial performance and supporting sales teams.

Technical Skills
Good command of sales and negotiation techniques.

Knowledge of commercial performance indicators (KPIs) and activity management methods.

Mastery of brand standards and distribution processes.

Ability to develop, deploy, and monitor action plans.

Good knowledge of CRM tools and office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to analyze commercial performance and provide relevant recommendations.

Fluent in French (spoken and written); English is an advantage.
