Richbond Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in "Silentnight Kenya" in March 2018, a company specializing in the production of spring mattresses based in Nairobi.

Job :

Main responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze new growth opportunities (markets, customer segments, and distribution channels).
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and test markets with high potential based on their profitability and feasibility.
  • Design and deploy offers adapted to the needs of new target markets.
  • Develop new clients through prospecting, negotiation, and account opening actions.
  • Manage pilot projects, measure their performance, and recommend optimization actions.
  • Structure and support the large-scale deployment of validated initiatives.
  • Monitor performance indicators and produce strategic reporting for management.
  • Coordinate actions with different company functions (Marketing, Supply Chain, Networks, etc.) to ensure the success of development projects.

Required profile :

  • Minimum Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Marketing, Commercial Development, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in commercial development, business development, or new market launches.
  • Strong strategic analysis and business understanding skills.
  • Strong results orientation and a sense for commercial development.
  • Excellent negotiation, prospecting, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and collaborate transversally with various stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and a proactive approach.
