Job :

We are looking for a Digitalization Manager for one of our clients.

Main missions:

• Define and implement the company's digitalization strategy.
• Identify internal processes that can be optimized through digital tools.
• Manage digital transformation projects in coordination with different departments.
• Ensure the deployment of new digital tools, software, and solutions.
• Support teams in change management and adoption of new tools.
• Monitor performance indicators for digital projects.
• Collaborate with external providers and IT teams to ensure project success.
• Stay informed about new technologies and digital innovations.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT, digitalization, project management, or a similar field.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing digitalization or digital transformation projects.
• Good command of ERP, CRM, BI tools, and digital solutions.
• Analytical skills, project management, and change management abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Innovative mindset and results-oriented.
