CDG is a public financial institution with a dual mandate:
* Collect and secure regulated savings, including deposits from CNSS, the National Savings Bank, legal professions, and escrow accounts.
* Channel long-term savings into profitable investments that drive socio-economic growth.

To carry out this mission, CDG implements a Group strategy based on specific businesses covering large parts of the Moroccan economy.

Reporting to the Group HR Steering Department, under the Human Capital, Communication, and Support Division, your main missions will be:
Developing senior executives and talents:
• Implement tools for identifying and assessing potential;
• Develop, in coordination with the Group HR Steering Department, individualized development plans for identified senior executives and talents.
Designing and deploying excellence programs:
• Design leadership development paths and curricula, aligned with the Group's strategic orientations and best standards in this area;
• Design, lead, and coordinate coaching and mentoring programs within the Group;
• Develop and maintain partnerships with leading academic institutions, business schools, and renowned training organizations, both nationally and internationally;
• Ensure active monitoring of international best practices and trends in leadership and talent development.
Cross-functional management and monitoring:
• Define and monitor activity performance indicators;
• Prepare reports and evaluations of the Leadership Institute's activities;
• Manage all programs in terms of pedagogical, operational, budgetary, and logistical aspects;
• Work in close collaboration with the Group Academy to ensure a coherent, complementary, and additive development offering across the Group.
What we are looking for:
• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a top business or engineering school, or equivalent;
• Approximately 8 years of experience in HR roles;
• Experience in a management consulting firm or an executive training organization would be highly appreciated.
