Head of Resource Mobilization Unit - Rabat

Job :

• Ensure the resource structure is maintained in line with the Group's development needs;
• Define and adjust the remuneration policy for deposits and newly mobilized resources;
• Propose models and methods for remunerating newly mobilized resources;
• Define the framework for meeting CDG's balance sheet financing needs;
• Define the financing framework for the Group's subsidiaries' needs with the banking sector and funding agencies;
• Ensure regular monitoring and reporting on the evolution of mobilized resources
 

Required profile :

• University degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Banking, Economics, Management, or equivalent;
• Confirmed experience of approximately 8 years in Resource Mobilization or Financing, ALM, Financial Management.
