HSE Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry

Mission:
Deploy the HSE policy on site, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage the prevention of risks related to industrial activities.

Main Responsibilities:

Implement and manage the HSE management system
Identify, analyze, and control risks (safety, environment, processes)
Define and monitor action plans, indicators, and internal audits
Manage emergency and crisis situations
Train and raise awareness among teams and service providers
Lead HSE programs (machinery, products, ergonomics, environment, road safety)
Ensure regulatory watch and site compliance
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (quality, HR, service providers, authorities)
Develop the HSE culture within the site

Required profile :

Profile:
Master's degree (Bac+5) in HSE, QHSE, Engineering, or equivalent, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar. Proficiency in HSE and GMP standards.
