Job :

Main Mission

Ensure the availability, performance, security, and evolution of the technical infrastructure (servers, network, cloud, storage, security, telecoms) supporting the entire Information System.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of the technical base (data center, servers, network).
• Guarantee the security of the Information System (firewall, backups, DRP/BCP, antivirus, patch management).
• Manage hosting, outsourcing, and security service providers.
• Lead technical evolution projects (virtualization, cloud migration, hardware refresh).
• Implement and monitor security policies (in coordination with the CISO).
• Ensure technological watch and propose architecture optimizations.
• Supervise Level 2 support for infrastructure incidents.

Required profile :

Technical Skills

• Mastery of server environments (Windows, Linux), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Solid knowledge in networking (LAN/WAN, Cisco, Fortinet, VPN).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Monitoring, backup, and IT asset management tools.
• Security knowledge: IDS/IPS, SIEM, access management.

Behavioral Skills

• Stress resistance and ability to manage emergencies.
• Ability to document and formalize technical processes.

Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Availability rate of critical infrastructures.
• Mean time to resolve incidents.

With a Bachelor's degree +4/5 in Computer Science, and 5 years or more of experience.
