Job :
Manage the execution of technical and regulatory projects within budget and in line with current requirements (project methodology, governance, quality, deadlines, compliance, internal procedures…)
Supervise the completion of projects and approve deliverables
Define relevant KPIs and monitor project progress, implementing corrective actions when necessary
Set up the qualification factory and oversee the evolution of test case databases and the quality of deliverables
Manage PCI-DSS certification projects
Oversee the application of good security practices in all production change requests
Collaborate with operational security to implement the necessary means for the security of keys for all partners

Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, IT, Project Management, or equivalent.
Confirmed experience of at least 8 years in project management, engineering & technical compliance, ideally in the financial, banking, or payment systems sector.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, V-Model, etc.).
Good communication, organization, and leadership skills
