Job :
Assigned to a Supermarket and reporting to the Store Manager, your role is to ensure the commercial development and operation of the store you are in charge of in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and the achievement of defined economic and commercial objectives.
To do this, your areas of achievement are:
- Manage, lead and supervise a team.
- Supervise stock keeping.
- Ensure the proper reception of supplier orders, quality control and stock control.
- Manage open orders and consumables.
- Organize work and supervise the team.
Leadership, Interpersonal & communication skills, Analytical & synthesis skills, Initiative & reactivity, and Customer focus are the assets and key success factors for this position.
Required profile :
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Commerce and/or Management, you have at least 6 years of experience as an assistant store manager in the retail sector, during which you have developed the following skills:
- You have the ability to motivate and mobilize teams.
- You have a taste for innovation, a sense for contact and field experience.
- Your qualities as a good store manager will be your advantages for success in this position.
