As part of our development, BRICOMA is recruiting its Sales Store Manager in Meknes.

Missions:

As the true guarantor of managing a profit center, your main missions are:

- Lead all store activities, define and implement the commercial policy by supervising and coordinating actions with various internal and external stakeholders.

- Control product ranges in quantity and quality with department heads.

- Implement and develop promotional and advertising actions defined by general management.

- Ensure the achievement of set goals through a proactive commercial approach and customer satisfaction.

- Manage and develop the skills of your team.

- Monitor, through reports, the evolution of goals in terms of turnover and profit margins, customer traffic, stock rotation, etc.

Required profile :

With higher education (Bac+4/5) in management/commerce/marketing...

- A hands-on person, you have confirmed experience of at least 7 years in commercial management or profit center management. Experience in managing a large retail store is a significant asset.

- A good manager, you have managed teams of more than 50 people and you are recognized for your managerial qualities and leadership.

- You are attracted by challenges and the friendliness of a dynamic and efficient group.

- You have the ability to listen, communicate, and excellent interpersonal skills.

- You have strong persuasion, negotiation, and conviction skills.

- High availability and commitment to the management process.
