Maintenance Manager (H/F) - Salé

Founded in 2003, under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Maritime Fisheries, the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Horses (SOREC) has as its main missions the supervision of breeding, the development of horse racing, and the management of horse racing games in Morocco.

Through its mission, SOREC ensures the supervision of horse racing companies, supports breeding programs as a partner of breeder associations, and works to improve national horse racing infrastructure.     

In addition, SOREC is committed to a policy aimed at improving the competitiveness of Moroccan breeding and revitalizing the horse market.

SOREC covers the entire country with 5 stud farms, 43 breeding stations, and 11 equine breeding promotion centers, in addition to numerous collaborations with the main equine associations of the kingdom.

Job :

Reporting to the Operations Director, your mission will be to ensure the availability and compliance of the terminal fleet and sub-assemblies, while ensuring a robust system of internal control, task separation, AX traceability, and service provider management to prevent operational disruptions. As such, your main activities will be:

Maintenance Performance Management

- Define objectives for availability, repair time, workshop output quality, and preventive plan execution.

- Lead daily and weekly reviews on critical flows.

Governance and Risk Management

- Implement task separation rules, validate AX authorizations, arbitrate critical anomalies, and ensure that controls are independent of operations.

Capacity and Stock Management

-Validate min/max thresholds, supply plans, filter workshop priorities, and repair/purchase arbitration based on disruption and fraud risks.

Service Provider Management

- Oversee interfaces with suppliers and purchasing; ensure reconciliation between return slips, shipping lists, FI/FA/FAF, and AX movements.

Management and Continuous Improvement

- Develop skills, organize versatility without conflict of interest, lead action plans resulting from audits and incidents.
 

Required profile :

- You have an engineering degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position.
