Job :

Reporting to the SCRAP PREPARATION DIRECTOR, you will be in charge of all activities related to the reliability and sustainability of all scrap preparation facilities (4000 HP shredder, shear, cleaners, oxy-cutting unit, mobile and stationary grapple machines, truck fleet),

In this capacity, your missions will be to:

Ensure the availability, reliability, and sustainability of all scrap preparation facilities (4000 HP shredder, shear, cleaners, oxy-cutting unit, mobile and stationary grapple machines, truck fleet) at the best cost and in compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
Define, plan, and implement the department's maintenance policy (preventive, conditional, corrective, and improvement), in order to reduce unplanned downtime and maximize the availability rate of production resources.
Deploy and manage the department's CMMS (equipment structuring, maintenance plans, procedures, history, and spare parts management) and drive maintenance using data.
Supervise, organize, and develop mechanical and electrical/instrumentation maintenance teams, ensuring the competence, discipline, and safety of interventions.

Required profile :

Higher technician (Bac+2/3) in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or equivalent; or engineer (Bac+5) in maintenance / mechanical / electromechanics:

Solid expertise in industrial maintenance: mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, automation, and instrumentation;
Good knowledge of scrap processing facilities (shredder, shear, cleaners, oxy-cutting) and handling equipment (grapples, trucks);
Mastery of preventive and conditional maintenance methods and diagnostic techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, inspections);
Mastery of a CMMS and management tools (structuring, work orders, indicators);
Skills in failure analysis (FMEA, RCA, fault tree analysis) and reliability engineering;
Knowledge of safety rules for interventions and the integrated management system (ISO 9001 / 45001 / 14001 / 50001)

Ability to organize, plan, and manage technical teams and interventions;
Ability to supervise, empower, and develop the skills of team leaders and technicians;
Ability to manage priorities, emergencies, and crisis situations (major breakdowns); Ability to anticipate and resolve conflicts and to unite teams.
