As part of strengthening its teams, it is now recruiting a Marketing and Communication Manager to support its development in both the National and International markets.

Job :

Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Your mission will be detailed as follows:

  • Developing a promotional and communication strategy
  • Organizing various marketing and communication actions
  • Participating in and animating exhibitions or trade shows
  • Collecting and analyzing sales volume data
  • Implementing actions to re-engage or retain target customers
  • Collecting and disseminating relevant information related to the company's commercial activity (price changes, market trends
  • Implementing marketing monitoring and developing new product lines
  • Producing marketing materials (catalogs, brochures, product sheets...)
  • Supervising prospecting actions.
  • Proposing corrective actions to improve marketing strategies
  • Conducting market research
  • Analyzing the competition
  • determining the objectives the company must achieve through the marketing actions implemented

Required profile :

You are mobile, based in Casablanca, and meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree +4 years of higher education or more
  • Age: over 27 years old
  • Experience: 5 years, ideally in the Building and Distribution sector
  • Computer skills: ERP, Excel, SAGE...
  • Personal qualities: analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, methodology, listening skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
