Job :

Reporting to the General Management, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing Vitale's marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness and support their growth in national and international markets.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Define and execute the annual marketing plan for the portfolio brands (Exet, Clorel, Rêo).
  • Lead market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and launch new products in coordination with R&D and production.
  • Design and implement communication and promotion campaigns (offline & digital).
  • Monitor the performance of marketing actions through sales, visibility, and ROI KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support trade marketing and field activation actions.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (communication, design, digital).

Required profile :

  • Master's degree in Marketing / Business (Business school or recognized university).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • Strong skills in product management, operational marketing, and new product launches.
  • Field experience is essential, with a good understanding of modern and traditional distribution channels.
  • Analytical mindset, creativity, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and good communication skills.
