Join a dynamic company in the Pharma / Health sector in Casablanca as a Payroll & Consolidation Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead payroll management and financial consolidation within an organization known for its excellence.

The main goal of this position is to ensure the reliability and compliance of payroll processes while actively contributing to financial data consolidation. You will be a key player in managing salary costs and optimizing human resources.

Your responsibilities will include the complete supervision of the payroll cycle, from data collection to reporting to social organizations. You will also be in charge of preparing consolidation statements, financial reports, and variance analysis.

• Management and validation of payroll for all staff.
• Supervision of social and tax declarations related to payroll.
• Active participation in accounting and financial closing.
• Analysis of payroll data and production of relevant dashboards.
• Regulatory monitoring and process compliance.
• Support for teams in understanding payroll and consolidation challenges.

Required profile :

A degree level of Master's degree or higher is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.

Significant experience of 10 to 20 years in payroll management and consolidation is essential, with a preference for candidates who have worked in complex environments.

To excel in this role, strong skills in payroll management, financial consolidation, and excellent command of computer tools, especially Excel, are crucial. In-depth knowledge of social and tax law is expected.
