Job :

Our client, a major player in essential services, is recruiting a Network Performance & Field Control Manager to lead activities related to metering control, commercial loss reduction, and operational performance improvement.

Your main tasks

• Supervise control, verification, and replacement operations for metering equipment;
• Lead actions to detect field anomalies and irregularities;
• Implement action plans to reduce losses and secure revenue;
• Monitor performance indicators and coordinate corrective actions;
• Manage operational teams and coordinate interventions with different internal entities;
• Ensure compliance with safety, conformity, and internal control standards.
   

Required profile :

With an Engineering or Master's degree (Bac+5), you have confirmed experience in technical activities, network operation, maintenance, operational control, or field management. Specifically:

• Strong analytical, management, and leadership skills;
• A sense of organization, reactivity, and results-orientation;
• Experience in the utilities, energy, industry, telecoms, or multi-site activities sectors is an asset.
