Join a dynamic company in the metallurgy/steel sector as a Quality Manager, based in the city of Meknès. This is a unique opportunity to shape and optimize quality standards within a key industry.

Your role will be essential in defining and implementing the company's quality strategy. The main objective is to ensure that products and processes comply with the strictest standards, while contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of activities aimed at maintaining and raising the quality level:

  • Supervise and coordinate all quality-related activities.
  • Implement and monitor quality performance indicators.
  • Manage non-conformities and define corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations.
  • Lead and train teams on quality best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of new products by ensuring quality requirements are considered from the design stage.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) is required. A background in fields such as marketing, production, quality, safety, or maintenance will be particularly appreciated.

Solid professional experience is expected, ranging from 3 to 10 years, ideally gained in similar industrial environments where you have demonstrated your expertise in quality management.

The following skills are essential for success:

  • Excellent understanding of quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
  • Proven ability in team management and problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Rigor, organization, and proactivity are major assets.
  • Proficiency in analysis and continuous improvement tools.
