Earthworks & Sanitation Quality Manager (M/F)
We are recruiting for a renowned group in the market for an Earthworks & Sanitation Quality Manager (M/F)
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Technical Department, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the quality system on earthworks and sanitation projects. As such, your main responsibilities are:
• Implement, deploy, and monitor the quality management system on construction sites
• Ensure that the work complies with technical standards, specifications, and client requirements
• Control the quality of materials (soils, backfills, networks, etc.) and execution processes
• Supervise tests (Proctor, compaction, waterproofing, etc.) and analyze the results
• Lead internal and external quality audits
• Manage non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Raise awareness and train site teams on quality requirements
• Provide quality reporting to management and stakeholders
 

Required profile :

Required Qualifications
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Civil Engineering, Public Works, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in earthworks and sanitation
• Good command of quality standards and frameworks (ISO 9001, Public Works technical standards)
• In-depth knowledge of geotechnical tests and earthworks techniques
• Proficiency in quality monitoring and reporting tools
• Rigor, analytical skills, and field experience
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage teams
