Join a major player in the Pharmaceutical / Health sector as a Reporting and HRIS Manager. Based in Casablanca, this opportunity places you at the heart of HR strategy, where your expertise will help optimize our processes and enhance our social data.
Lead the implementation and evolution of HRIS tools, ensure the reliability and relevance of HR reporting, and support management in strategic decision-making through precise and impactful data analysis.
Your main tasks will include:
- Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and indicators.
- Ensure the operational management and evolution of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Analyze social data and produce summary reports for management.
- Support users in adopting tools and new features.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects for HR processes.
- Ensure the regulatory compliance of HR data.
Required profile :
A Master's degree (Bac +5 and above) is required, ideally in a specialization in HR, Personnel, or Training, demonstrating a solid understanding of human resources management issues and data analysis.
With experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in a similar role, you have already shown your ability to manage HRIS projects and produce complex HR analyses.
To excel in this role, you are expected to possess:
- An in-depth mastery of HRIS (configuration, deployment, management).
- Excellent skills in data analysis and reporting (BI tools, advanced Excel).
- Detailed knowledge of HR processes and social legislation.
- A proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and orally.
- An analytical and synthesis mindset, combined with strong methodological rigor.
- An ability to manage projects and work in collaboration with different teams.
