Human Resources Manager – Temporary Work Agency (M/F)

We are recruiting for a major temporary work group a Human Resources Manager

Main tasks:
As an HR Manager within the temporary work agency, you will be a key player in managing and developing human capital. In this role, your main tasks will be:
• Oversee the entire recruitment process (sourcing, interviews, onboarding of temporary workers)
• Administratively manage temporary staff (contracts, declarations, HR files, payroll in collaboration with the dedicated department)
• Ensure compliance with labor law and specific regulations for temporary work
• Develop and retain a pool of qualified candidates
• Support operational managers in their recruitment needs
• Manage social relations and disciplinary follow-up
• Implement HR indicators and ensure regular reporting
• Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes
 


Required profile :

Profile sought:
• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Labor Law, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a temporary work agency or recruitment firm
• Good command of Moroccan labor law
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to manage stress and priorities
• Proficiency in HR and office software
