We are hiring an Human Resources Manager to help manage the operational activities of our HR department at our site based in Fes.

As a key link for HR policy in the field, you will play a crucial role in supporting teams and managers, while ensuring the smooth implementation of HR processes and maintaining a healthy and productive work environment.

Your main tasks:

  • Ensure the administrative management of staff and follow-up of employee files.
  • Oversee payroll-related matters and guarantee the accuracy of HR data.
  • Participate in the site's recruitment management and ensure the onboarding of new employees.
  • Contribute to the deployment of training actions and support the development of employee skills.
  • Support managers in the daily management of their teams.
  • Ensure compliance with social legislation and internal procedures.
  • Monitor HR indicators and produce necessary reports.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and the management of site HR projects.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and managing employee relations.

Required profile :

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or equivalent, you have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role or as a generalist HR professional, ideally in a multi-business or operational environment.

You are known for your on-site presence, your listening skills, and your ability to manage priorities with responsiveness and professionalism.
