We are hiring an Human Resources Manager to help manage the operational activities of our HR department at our site based in Fes.
As a key link for HR policy in the field, you will play a crucial role in supporting teams and managers, while ensuring the smooth implementation of HR processes and maintaining a healthy and productive work environment.
Your main tasks:
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or equivalent, you have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role or as a generalist HR professional, ideally in a multi-business or operational environment.
You are known for your on-site presence, your listening skills, and your ability to manage priorities with responsiveness and professionalism.
Qualities needed to succeed in this role:
A strong command of labor law, personnel administration, and payroll management processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
An ability to support managers and handle sensitive situations.
A high degree of organization, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Strong autonomy and good adaptability.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in office software and HR information systems.
