Job :

We are recruiting an Human Resources Manager to support the operational management of HR activities for our site based in Tangier.

As a key link for HR policy on the ground, you will play a key role in supporting teams and managers, while ensuring the proper implementation of HR processes and the maintenance of a healthy and effective social climate.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the administrative management of staff and the follow-up of employee files.
  • Supervise payroll-related elements and ensure the reliability of HR data.
  • Participate in the management of site recruitment and ensure the onboarding of new employees.
  • Contribute to the deployment of training actions and support the development of employee skills.
  • Support managers in the daily management of their teams.
  • Ensure compliance with social legislation and internal procedures.
  • Monitor HR indicators and produce necessary reports.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and the management of site HR projects.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive social climate and managing social relations.

Required profile :

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or equivalent, you have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role or as a general HR professional, ideally in a multi-business or operational environment.

You are known for your hands-on approach, your listening skills, and your ability to manage priorities with responsiveness and professionalism.

Solid mastery of labor law, personnel administration, and payroll management processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to support managers and handle sensitive situations.
A high degree of organization, confidentiality, and rigor.
Strong autonomy and good adaptability.

Proficiency in office software and HR information systems.
