Job :

Your main mission will be to lead and optimize the After-Sales Service activity. In this role, you will contribute to strengthening customer loyalty, improving repair and maintenance processes, and managing technical teams to ensure a service level that meets the highest quality standards.

As the Automotive After-Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• To lead and supervise all after-sales service activities (workshop, reception, spare parts, warranty).
• To guarantee the quality of services and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• To manage, motivate, and develop technical and administrative teams.
• To define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (After-Sales KPIs).
• To manage relations with the manufacturer and ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and quality requirements.

Required profile :

Education:

• State Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills:

• Strong managerial skills and proven leadership.
• Strong customer focus, analytical skills, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written; English is an advantage.
