Job :

We are looking for an After-Sales Service / Sales Manager to join our International Nursery subsidiary.
Position based near the city of Agadir.

You will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to customers, managing after-sales service files, handling complaints, and contributing to the continuous improvement of products and services in collaboration with the technical, sales, and logistics teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers in the field.
  • Manage after-sales service files: planning visits, writing technical reports, monitoring interventions.
  • Handle customer complaints with responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Provide technical support to the sales department.
  • Participate in commercial prospecting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve the quality of products and services.
     

Required profile :

  • Education: Technician or Engineer
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a nursery, market gardening production, or sales role
  • Driver's License (B): Required

  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools
