Job :

Reporting to the Grand Casablanca Network Director, your main responsibilities will be:

Commercial Animation

• Participate in the development of the commercial strategy;
• Implement the branch's commercial plan and ensure its follow-up;
• Ensure consistency between promotional or prospecting actions and the achievement of set objectives;
• Oversee client management in collaboration with business centers and partner banks;
• Gather the needs of important clients and promote Finéa's products to them;
• Monitor the relevance and effectiveness of prospecting actions carried out;
• Ensure the allocation of portfolios to business managers/management officers;
• Lead the branch teams and monitor the progress of files and portfolios;
• Propose and manage commercial, marketing, and communication actions in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Manage commercial achievements
• Ensure the achievement of objectives set for the branch within the framework of the LOC (Commercial Orientation Letter);
• Implement the necessary dashboards for monitoring commercial achievements;
• Monitor the achievement of objectives and alert the team in case of deviation;
• Oversee the use of credit lines for major clients;
• Monitor client portfolio renewals and track the attrition rate.

Risk Anticipation and Monitoring

• Ensure the analysis of financing files and verify their compliance;
• Perform first-level control of operations handled by the management/business managers;
• Ensure the submission of quality files;
• Ensure compliance with audit procedures.

Administrative and Logistics Management:

• Ensure administrative operations handled at the branch are carried out;
• Act as an interface with service providers in coordination with headquarters and in compliance with current procedures;
• Ensure the proper functioning of the logistical and IT resources assigned to the branch and monitor supply stocks;
• Oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the branch;
• Ensure efficient management of document filing and archiving in accordance with current procedures;
• Ensure the security of assets and people at the branch;
• Ensure document filing and archiving at the branch in accordance with current procedures.

Management and Leadership of the Entity:

• Provide and analyze branch activity reporting;
• Lead and advise the branch team and contribute to their skills development;
• Participate in monthly commercial meetings and the credit committee;
• Ensure continuous improvement of the branch's service quality.

Required profile :

·        Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management / Finance;

·        Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role in the banking sector;

·        Knowledge of banking products;

        Knowledge and mastery of public markets would be an asset;

·        Commercial management;

·        Mastery of commercial animation techniques;

·        Mastery of customer relationship management;

·        Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

        Good managerial aptitude.
