The nacelle is the interface between the engine and the aircraft. It is a complex system that performs multiple functions managed in a harsh environment (extreme temperatures, dimensional constraints) and must remain as light as possible. The nacelle channels the engine's airflow and protects it. It contributes to the aircraft's braking during landing (thrust reversers) and to the attenuation of the aircraft's noise emissions. The nacelle must also ensure easy access to the engine for maintenance.

Join a major player in the Aeronautics/Space sector as an Autonomous Production Unit Manager. Located in the heart of Casablanca, our group offers you a unique opportunity to lead strategic projects and actively contribute to our growth. Your role will be essential in supervising and optimizing the Autonomous Production Units (UAP), instilling a dynamic of operational excellence.

Achieve and maintain the best performance standards for the UAP, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and controlling costs. Develop a culture of continuous improvement within your team, fostering innovation and autonomy. Contribute significantly to the overall production strategy by aligning UAP objectives with those of the company.

You will be responsible for the complete management of the Autonomous Production Units, including planning, organization, and control of activities. This involves managing multidisciplinary teams, defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing corrective actions in case of deviations. You will also ensure communication with other company departments and contribute to the development and rigorous monitoring of budgets. Promoting best practices in safety and quality will be at the core of your concerns.

Required profile :

• Master's degree / Engineer in mechanical or industrial engineering
• 10 years or more of experience
• Proficiency in computer tools (SAP,)
• Very good communication skills in French and English 
• Good knowledge of team management
