As a branch of PwC Audit France, PwC Services (Acceleration Center Morocco) was created in 2011 and its mission is to support French audit teams in carrying out their statutory audit missions, particularly in the audit execution phase: substantive work, internal control tests, statutory auditor assignments, work within group audits.
Located in Casanearshore, the Morocco Acceleration Center has over 200 employees and possesses solid knowledge of the specifics of various audit clients in France (sector of activity, regulatory environment, accounting standards...).

The onboarding process for new clients is a key part of the firm's activity. This process consists of different stages of a workflow starting with the creation of an opportunity in the CRM, going through the various Risk modules before ending with the creation of charge codes, all within a single digital tool: Salesforce.
We wish to recruit four new employees to professionalize the onboarding process and to support the firm's engagement teams.
Your role will be to implement the onboarding process operationally, in close collaboration with the engagement teams and coordinated by the firm's Salesforce "super users".
What you can expect from the mission:
Do you want to contribute to flagship missions in a dynamic and international environment?
Within the Acceleration Center TLS, in close collaboration with the engagement teams, you will be responsible for, among other things:
• Gathering information for the onboarding of new clients in the various Salesforce modules,
• Launching the various processes in these modules,
• Monitoring processes and answering stakeholders' questions in coordination with the engagement teams.
• Working with the project team to make the Salesforce processes even more efficient.
Ideally, you have a Master's degree (Bac+5) and/or you have successful first experience in a similar role.
Your qualities are:
• Organization/Project Management: ability to plan and anticipate
• Interpersonal skills, customer service mindset towards our teams (support, teaching)
• Team spirit: collective workload distribution / solidarity
• Quality written and oral communication: precision and rigor
• Proficiency / aptitude and curiosity for information systems and data processing/visualization tools
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
• Very good level of French and English
