As an experienced Scrum Master, you will support one or more agile teams in implementing the Scrum framework, with the aim of improving performance, collaboration, and value creation.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
- Ensure the proper application of agile principles and practices
- Support teams towards greater autonomy and efficiency
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting team progress
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to optimize the backlog
- Implement and track performance indicators (velocity, lead time, etc.)
- Analyze performance data to provide concrete recommendations for improvement
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
- Promote a continuous improvement dynamic and support teams through change
- Contribute to the dissemination of agile culture within the organization
Required profile :
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of education (engineering school or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Excellent mastery of Scrum
- In-depth knowledge of Kanban and Lean methodologies.
- Experience in IT / digital environment
- Proficiency in tools for tracking and analyzing metrics (Jira, Time Peace, DORA, etc.).
- Agile certifications CSM, PSM, or equivalent
- Ability to analyze data and draw concrete recommendations from it.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Leadership and servant leader posture
- Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems
- Ability to bring people together and support change
