Join a dynamic company in the IT sector as a Senior Business Analyst Salesforce in Casablanca. You will have the opportunity to contribute to stimulating projects and shape the future of our CRM solutions.

Your role will be crucial in analyzing business needs, translating these requirements into functional solutions on the Salesforce platform, and supporting teams in adopting these tools to optimize our commercial processes.

Your main tasks:

• Collect, analyze, and formalize the business needs of different stakeholders
• Translate business needs into Salesforce functional specifications
• Participate in the design of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with technical teams (developers, admins, QA)
• Support testing phases (UAT), deployment, and change management
• Ensure the monitoring of deliverables, functional quality, and compliance with deadlines
• Be proactive in optimizing business processes

Required profile :

A Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in a field related to IT or electronics, for a solid understanding of technical and functional challenges.

Proven experience of 5 to 10 years as a Business Analyst, ideally on the Salesforce platform, is expected. This experience should demonstrate an ability to manage complex projects and conduct in-depth analyses.

To excel in this role, here are the key skills sought:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, information systems, or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the Salesforce ecosystem
• Good command of Salesforce and its functionalities
• Ability to understand business challenges and interact with various stakeholders
• Very good communication level in French (professional English required)
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, rigor, and service-oriented
