Job :

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing innovative solutions, developing, integrating, and supporting business applications to support the company's digital transformation.

Main responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Configure and customize Business Central according to business needs.
• Develop extensions in AL Language.
• Create business applications with Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
• Automate processes with Power Automate.
• Develop dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• Participate in the integration of Microsoft Copilot and AI Copilot Studio solutions.
• Design AI agents and conversational assistants.
• Integrate Business Central with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party applications.
• Perform testing, deployment, and technical support activities.
• Support users and ensure skill transfer.
• Participate in functional workshops with business teams and stakeholders.

Required profile :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Minimum 7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI and Copilot solutions.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and mentor junior consultants.

Good interpersonal skills and customer focus.

Languages

Professional English required (B2/C1 minimum).

Fluent French.

Microsoft Certifications (MB-800, PL-400, PL-600, AI-102, Copilot Studio).
