Based in Rabat, this strategic position invites you to push the boundaries of our systems' performance and reliability. Your main mission will be to ensure unparalleled visibility into our operations and design innovative automation solutions to optimize our infrastructure.

Your role will be essential in guaranteeing the stability, efficiency, and scalability of our platforms. You will drive the continuous improvement of our observability capabilities, enabling proactive problem detection and accelerated resolution. The automation of repetitive and complex tasks will be at the heart of your contributions, freeing up time for higher value-added initiatives and strengthening our operational agility.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:

• Conceiving, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end observability solutions (monitoring, logging, tracing).
• Developing and deploying automation scripts and tools for infrastructure management and operations.
• Collaborating closely with development and operations teams to identify observability and automation needs.
• Analyzing performance data and alerts to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Participating in the definition of the target architecture and the selection of appropriate technologies.
• Training and supporting teams on best practices for observability and automation.

You will work on complex environments, using the most advanced technologies to ensure the performance and availability of our services.

Required profile :

You hold a degree level of Master's degree and above, ideally in Computer Science or Electronics. Your academic background has provided you with solid theoretical foundations and a deep understanding of complex systems.

With significant experience of 5 to 10 years in similar roles, you have already proven your ability to implement observability strategies and deploy large-scale automation solutions. Your background demonstrates a proven ability to manage major projects and have a tangible impact on system performance.

• Mastery of observability concepts and tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet).
• Solid skills in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of distributed architectures and microservices.
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems in production environments.
• Autonomy, rigor, and excellent communication skills.
