For one of our projects, we are recruiting a Senior Test Analyst (M/F).
Job :
Your mission will be:
- Leading Business Acceptance Testing (BAT/UAT) activities for business and technological transformation projects.
- Ensuring the quality of tests, associated governance, and preparation for business acceptance before production.
- Coordinating with test teams, business experts, and stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage, track issues, manage risks, and make decisions regarding production deployment.
- Promoting good testing practices and ensuring deployed solutions meet business requirements and expected quality standards.
Required profile :
- Proven experience in Test Management, UAT/BAT, or Quality Assurance.
- Solid experience in large-scale transformation programs.
- Mastery of test methodologies, risk, and issue management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- A very good level of English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
- Experience in the insurance sector and an ISTQB certification are a plus.
